FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: working tool has tine with hoe pivotally fixed to frame by means of front and rear brackets. Brackets are interconnected by coil spring with U-shaped support, telescopic guiding link, regulating screw mechanism and stop. Rear bracket has box-shaped member extending forward and carrying front part of tine. Box-shaped member is fixed on tine lifting-rotating pin. Stop is rigidly mounted on front bracket above tine lifting-rotating pin and offset rearward of pivot bracket pins connection line. Tine is made in the form of C-shaped resilient rod transmitting oscillating motion to working tool.
