FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: section of tillage implement with generator of longitudinal vibrations includes post (1) with duckfoot (2), hingedly (3) fixed on frame (4) by means of lower and upper brackets (5 and 6) connected by elastic element in the form of cylindrical spring (7) equipped with screw adjustment mechanism (8). Vibration generator of eccentric type (9) is rigidly fixed on post (1) of duckfoot (2). Vibration acceleration sensor (10) with operating temperature range of -45…+95 °C, operating frequency range 5…750 Hz, acceleration range 0.4…92 m/s2 is rigidly fixed under duckfoot (2), this sensor transmits a signal to the automated control unit of system (11) for adjusting the frequency of additional disturbing effects on the eccentric-type vibration generator (9), which is required to introduce post system (1) and duckfoot (2) into the resonant operating mode. Vibration generator of eccentric type (9) consists of DC motor with degree of protection IP54 and shaft, on both sides of which two eccentric weights are fixed. Stiffness of elastic element (7) is adjusted to generate frequency of natural oscillations of section of tillage tool corresponding to oscillations of soil reaction within 8.6…12.6 Hz.
EFFECT: enabling reduction of energy consumption during soil cultivation operations due to use of dynamic effects in the process of interaction of the working tool with soil.
