FIELD: medicinal engineering, particularly, means for endoprosthetics of vessels and hollow organs affected by various pathologies, for instance, atherosclerosis, stenoses, etc. SUBSTANCE: prosthesis presents cylindrical frame made of biologically inert material. Frame both ends have retainers in the form of loops of closed contour. Closed contour formed by each loop lies in plane perpendicular to frame longitudinal axis and protrudes beyond frame surface. Prosthesis spiral frame may be made cylindrical, or in the form of paraboloid or ellipsoid. Device for implantation of prosthesis has manipulator, hollow catheters located in each other, and provided with stilettos, bushing installed in manipulator body and rigidly connected with internal catheter, unit regulating and fixing bushing position with respect to manipulator body. Said unit includes ratchet wheel rigidly connected with bushing, limiter and stop-limiter secured opposite to each other to movable member installed from outside of manipulator body, two springs, one of which is folded flat spiral to make bushing spring-loaded in circular direction, and the other, in the form of compression spring makes bushing spring-loaded in axial direction. Manipulator body accommodates slots diametrically opposite to each other, and row of recesses are made along each recess perpendicular to their longitudinal axes. The second version differs from the described one in unit for regulation and fixation of bushing position relative to manipulator body. The difference consists in location of limiter and stop-limiter on internal surface of manipulator body. EFFECT: excluded injury to vessel walls during performance of endoprosthetics. 13 cl, 9 dwg
