FIELD: medicine; traumatology. SUBSTANCE: guide is made of superelastic round-section wire with memory of form. Wire is manufactured as spiral for passing it and setting new direction of guide end movement. This movement is effected due to combination of forward motion and turning about its axis in fibrous-synovial canal of finger. Spiral diameter does not exceed dimensions of vacant space in this canal. Lead of spiral equals distance between centers of rotation of metacarpophalangeal and proximal interphalangeal joints of wrist fingers along axis of proximal phalanx. Guide end is positioned at a distance X with respect to spiral axis processing from relation OL x LR, where R is radius of spiral. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of guide passing through fibrous-synovial canal, reduced traumatic injuries, reduced time of operation. 1 dwg
