FIELD: pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: isoniazide is mixed with beet pectin and sucrose in the ratio 1:6:1. 40-% ethyl alcohol is added to total mixture amount in parts as a moistening agent up to formation of mass to be granulated. Obtained granules are treated with 10% solution of calcium chloride and dried at 60 ± 5 C for 1 h. EFFECT: decreased hepatotoxicity, retained tuberculostatic activity of agent. 1 dwg, 6 tbl
