FIELD: fire-fighting equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has fire detectors and sprayers positioned in low-pressure chamber and adapted for providing spray beam collision. Apparatus allows fire in low-pressure chamber to be readily extinguished (less than in 3 seconds). Fire-extinguisher contains fire-suppressing liquid under predetermined pressure of gas, preferably air, exceeding 10 kg/sq.cm.
