FIELD: fire-prevention equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire extinguishing devices of volumetric quenching with the use of liquid fire-extinguishing substance, which is in the reservoir under constant pressure. Fire extinguishing module includes housing filled with excess fire extinguishing substance with attachment unit in upper part, shut-off-trigger device located in lower part of housing, made in form of vertically oriented nozzle with taps for safety valve and pressure sensor in housing. According to the invention, it is equipped with two siphon tubes, vertically installed inside the housing, wherein the latter has a spherical shape, fire extinguishing substance is in the body in a liquid state with formation of a gas zone above it, each branch is made in the form of a channel in the wall of the nozzle, inlet section of which is located on the side of the upper end of the nozzle, in the inlet section of each branch pipe there is a siphon tube, wherein the upper end sections of the siphon tubes are located in the gas zone.
EFFECT: as a result, it is possible to use different fire-extinguishing substances in the fire extinguishing module, including liquefied gas and liquid, besides, the fire extinguishing module is characterized by optimum ratio of the weight of the tank and the fire-extinguishing substance contained in it.
