SUBSTANCE: carbon-modified alumina-based porous sorbent contains micro-, meso-, and macropores, has true density 2.9-3.15 g/cu. cm, specific surface 150- 350 sq.m/g, volume of pores with radii 100 to 1000 equal to 0.008- 0.25 cu.cm/g, that with radii 1000 to 10000 equal to 0.005 to 0.1 cu.cm/g, and sodium level no more than 0.1 wt.% (on conversion to sodium oxide).
