FIELD: mechanical engineering; vehicles with internal combustion engines and hydrostatic transmission. SUBSTANCE: in proposed vehicle stators of hydraulic machines are arranged in rotor and are provided with gears located on periphery, and rotor is provided with internal teeth meshing with gears to form working chambers. Each hydraulic machine of driving motorized wheels has gear ring and friction ring placed between gear ring and rotor to realize engine power at starting away from rest. Motorized wheels are furnished with output parameters hydraulic adjuster. Hydraulic system employs hydraulic accumulator. Method of starting of internal combustion engine in such vehicle comes to cranking the engine through flywheel-rotor of hydraulic system supply hydraulic machine by precharged hydraulic accumulator.
