SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tractors, motor graders, trucks and passenger cars, grain harvesters, motorcycles, railway trains, watercraft and trucks. Proposed vehicle contains internal combustion engine, hydraulically driven driving axles with hydraulic machines and driving wheels, transmission hydraulic system with pump and hydraulic distributors. Driving axle contains hydraulically controlled friction clutch connecting hydraulic machine with driving wheel. Hydraulic cylinder of friction clutch is connected with hydraulic system through hydraulic distributor. At high pressure, hydraulic distributor overlaps control medium supply channel and connects hydraulic cylinder with drain. Driving axle is furnished additionally with planetary side reduction unit. Front independent suspension contains hydraulic machine arranged in steering knuckle. Shaft of machine rotor is connected with front driving wheel. Pores of cermet seal of hydraulic machine contains elastic filler - soft oil-resistant rubber. Said cermet seal is made double-layer, containing sealing layer with pores perpendicular to surface to be sealed and consisting of orientated tubes or riffled strips, and rear layer containing random pores sintered of balls.

EFFECT: provision of auxiliary range of speed control at starting from halt, and high torque at small overall dimensions of hydraulic machines and high efficiency.
