FIELD: submarine building. SUBSTANCE: the stabilizer has an adjusting tank and a device for removal and reception of water. The adjusting tank is made in the form of two sections located outside the inner hull in the main ballast tanks on both sides, it is provided with kingston and drain valves, air-steam and safety valves, air and test cocks. Installed in the lower part of each section are heating elements in the form of wire gauze electrodes located horizontally, the adjacent wire gauzes have an opposite polarity. EFFECT: improved vibro-acoustic characteristics of submarine in the conditions of enhanced secrecy. 3 dwg
