SUBSTANCE: described are oxime derivatives of formula I: wherein Ar is arylene, E is direct bond, 2-aza-1-alkene-1,1-diyl having radical R¹ in position 2,aza-1-alkene-1,1-diyl having radical R² in position 2; in this case R¹ is alkyl and R² is hydrogen, alkyl or alkoxy, G is -O-CH₂-, -C(R³)=N-O-CH₂- or -CH₂-O-N=C(R³)-; R³ is hydrogen or alkyl; X is -OX¹, -SX¹, -SOX¹, -SO₂X¹, -NX²X³; X¹, X², X³ together with nitrogen atom form heterocycle having 1-2 nitrogen atoms; Y¹ is H alkyl; Z is phenyl, naphthyl or pyridyl optionally substituted by 1-3 substituents selected from halogen, alkyl or halogen-substituted alkyl.
