FIELD: organic chemistry, fungicides. SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel alkoximinoacetic acid amides of the general formula (I) where A means simple bond, linear or branched alkylene with 1-6 carbon atoms possibly substituted with cyano-group; R1 means phenyl possibly mono- or multisubstituted with halogen similarly or distinctly, nitro-group, alkyl, alkoxyl, alkylthio-group, alkylsulfonyl where each alkyl is linear or branched one and has 1-8 carbon atoms, phenyl, C3-C6-cycloalkyl, phenyl-C1-C6-alkoxy-group, halogenalkyl, halogen- -alkoxyl each of that is linear or branch one and has 1-6 carbon atoms and 1-13 similar halogen atoms, alkylene or dihydroxyalkylene each of that has 1-6 carbon atoms; naphthyl; thienyl possibly substituted once or multiply with halogen, alkyl, alkoxyl each of that is linear or branched one and has 1-8 carbon atoms; benzothienyl; furanyl substituted with C1-C8-alkyl; thiazolyl substituted with halogen multiply; indolyl; R2 means hydrogen atom, linear or branched alkyl with 1-4 carbon atoms that is substituted possibly with cyano-group, phenyl; alkenyl, alkynyl each of that has 2-4 carbon atoms; R3 means hydrogen atom, C1-C4-alkyl; R4 means phenyl and pyrimidinyl being unsubstituted or once or multiply substituted with halogen atom, cycloalkyl with 3-6 carbon atoms, alkyl, alkoxyl each of that is linear or branched one and has 1-8 carbon atoms, C3-C6-cycloalkyl, pyridyl. Compounds where A means simple bond and R4 means cycloalkyl with 3-6 carbon atoms are excluded. Compounds of the formula (I) show strong bactericidal effect and they are used in practice for control of nondesirable microorganisms. Active substances are useful for use as agents for plants protection, especially, as fungicides.
