FIELD: equipment for production of paper by aerodynamic method. SUBSTANCE: dispenser has body accommodating rotor in the form of disc with accelerating blades from both sides, inlet and outlet channels coaxial from opposite sides of rotor and shell with tangential slots. Shell is located coaxially between body cylindrical wall and end edge of rotor accelerating blades. Shell forms circular cavity together with body. Circular cavity communicates with tangential channel for supply of air. Outlet channel is made in the form of cylindrical tube accommodating longitudinal partitions. Material in dispenser is subjected to dispersion to form uniform flow of air suspension without swirling. Such aerodynamic parameters of air suspension flow reduce probability and sticking together of material dispersed particles and allow production of air suspension flow with uniform distribution of particles at outlet.
