FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: this device is designed to divide materials into fibres of natural origin at paper production of aerodynamic process. it comprises case, inlet and outlet channels, rotor composed of the disc with dispersing blades arranged on inlet and outlet sides on rotor disc both sides, rotor being fitted on the shaft, shell with tangential slits fitted coaxially between the case cylindrical wall and rotor blade end edge to make circular chamber with said rotor communicated with air feed tangential channel, and radial webs fitted in outlet channel. In compliance with this invention, the number of rotor blades is smaller by one than stator elements that amount to 12 and more. Besides, rotor blades feature different length for dispersion of material and separation of particles.
EFFECT: ruled out rotor jamming, steady state of fibre aerosuspension flow for wide range of process performances.
