FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: transmitting part of device has frequency synthesizer, which first output is connected to first input of orthogonal pseudorandom sequence former and first input of orthogonal pseudorandom sequence generator. Second output of synthesizer is connected to second input of first multiplier. Third output is connected to first input of phase-keying unit. Receiving part of device has band-pass filter, which output is connected to input of high-frequency amplifier, and second intermediate frequency circuit. Output of high-frequency amplifier is connected to first input of noise compensation unit. Output of first multiplier of receiving part is connected to first input of mixer of first IF circuit. Output of second multiplier of receiving part is connected to first input of mixer of second IF circuit. Outputs of IF amplifiers of first and second circuits are connected to first and second inputs of synchronization unit and phase detector, respectively. Output of synchronization unit is connected to input of frequency synthesizer, which first output is connected to second input of mixer of first IF circuit. Second output of synthesizer is connected to second input of mixer of second IF circuit. Its third output is connected to second inputs of orthogonal pseudorandom sequence former and pseudorandom sequence generator. Second output of pseudorandom sequence generator is connected to second input of noise compensation unit. Invention specification discloses structural diagram of noise compensation unit.
