FIELD: medical engineering; applicable in traumatology and orthopedics for perosseous osteosynthesis of intra-articular and periarticular fractures of long bones. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has plates with longitudinal slots in which coupling bolts, sliders with rids and spacing frames are installed. Additionally introduced into apparatus is remote attachment located in plane perpendicular to plane of apparatus body location. Attachment is made in the form of brackets interconnected to form semiring. Remote attachment is installed on body side on one of its ends. Installed on body end and free end of attachment are fixing members of bone fragments located in the same plane, and brackets have recesses receiving rod fixing members.
