SUBSTANCE: one should insert into femoral diaphysis along external surface or tibial diaphysis along internal surface 3 rods angularly in frontal and sagittal planes to develop higher stability, needles with supporting areas in counter direction being parallel to articular surface are directed through the cuttings of femoral or tibial condyles, then they are fixed in external support of needle-rod apparatus, counter-lateral compression of osseous fragments which have articular surface is carried out by pulling the needles in needlepullers, reposition of periarticular fracture is performed in installed apparatus, one should additionally insert into femoral or tibial condyles a cannulated rod with a support bead along a directing needle to fix it in external support of needle- rod apparatus that enables to precisely fix osseous fragments, shorten the terms of operation, increase social activity of a patient due to compactness of apparatus' arrangement and possibility for articular movements. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
