FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of treatment of patients with vibration disease, in part, from effect of local vibration. Norvask is given to patient by sublingual route. In vibration disease of the 1st degree a single daily dose is 5 mg before meal for 14 days; in vibration disease of the 2nd degree dose is 10 mg for 18-20 days. Method activates the general antioxidant activity of body and effect of treatment depends on specific schedule of administration of the preparation and degree of vibration disease. Method provides to carry out preventive treatment of workers with vibration disease who have contact with vibrogenerating technique for above 5-7 years.
