METHOD OF AUTONOMOUS AND SENSORY POLYNEUROPATHY CORRECTION IN PATIENTS WITH VIBRATION DISEASE Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61H1/00

Abstract RU 2702866 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to occupational pathology, neurology, and can be used in treating a vibration disease. For this purpose, in a patient's sitting position, with a hand on the table, a cuff with an inflatable chamber from a mechanical tonometer is placed on the shoulder. It is followed by episodes of ischemia – reperfusion by cyclically pumping air into chamber to 210 mmHg in a certain mode, controlling the exposure time. 1 day, right hand – 2 min of ischemia, 2 min of reperfusion; 3 min of ischemia, 3 min of reperfusion; 4 min ischemia, reperfusion. 2 day, left hand – 2 min of ischemia, 2 min of reperfusion; 3 min of ischemia, 3 min of reperfusion; 4 min ischemia, reperfusion. 3rd day, right hand – 3 min of ischemia, 3 min of reperfusion, 4 min of ischemia, 4 min of reperfusion, 5 min of ischemia, reperfusion. 4th day, left hand – 3 min of ischemia, 3 min of reperfusion, 4 min of ischemia, 4 min of reperfusion, 5 min of ischemia, reperfusion.

EFFECT: method provides higher speed of somatic sensory nerves, reduced manifestation of autonomous neuropathy, as well as gradual adaptation and increased tolerance of autonomous and somatic sensory nerves of upper extremities to hypoxia as a factor of pathogenesis of vibration disease.
