FIELD: manufacture of gypsum products, namely plates for partitions, well units and stones. SUBSTANCE: described are binding compositions, mixtures comprising semihydrate gypsum as substrate, and organic and inorganic compounds as additive. Additive results from methyl methacrylate production waste. Effect of complex additive derives from each constituent on hydration and solidification processes of gypsum binder. Sulfuric acid and ammonium sulfate accelerate dissolution of crystals of semihydrate gypsum and methanol, acetone and methyl-alpha-oxyisobutyrate retain process of growth of new crystals. In this case, there occurs adsorption modification of the resulting dehydrate crystals with acrylic acid derivatives (methyl methacrylate and methylacrylic acid).
