FAT AND OIL DEODORIZER Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: fat and oil industry; fat and oil cleaning equipment. SUBSTANCE: proposed deodorizer has housing with cover and bottom, starting material supply pipe union, pipe unions for discharge of deodirate and mixture of volatile fat-containing agents and water gas, heating unit, vapor supply pipe union and bubbler. Deodorizer is provided with volatile fat- containing agent entrapping and separating system; heating unit is made in form of film heater. Circular well for receiving and draining the condensate from inner walls of housing is fitted in upper portion of housing at inclination towards pipe union discharging mixture of volatile fat-containing agents and water gas.
