FIELD: fat-and-oil industry, in particular, final rectification of oils and fats. SUBSTANCE: deodorizer has vacuum-ejection nozzle operating at excessive pressure relative to distillation cavity. Mixture delivered into distillation cavity is instantly expanded. Deodorizer is fitted with oil or fat drop absorbing device, which also provides absorption of finely dispersed fat or oil impeding withdrawal of oil and fat drops. Construction of deodorizer allows improved dispersion of oil (fat) - vapor mixture and intensified mass-exchange during vacuum distillation and, as a result, intensified removal of volatile hazardous substances from fat and oil to be provided. EFFECT: improved quality of ready product, reduced working volume and metal usage and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
