SUBSTANCE: plant has energy converter with energy generator and air turbine mounted in air flow admission unit in the form of contraction, operating mechanism whose power input is connected to energy generator, and water condenser; novelty is that plant is made in the form of three-dimensional body that has at least three isolated sealed shells of which at least one accommodates one turbine unit connected to at least one energy generator; the latter may be installed both upstream and downstream of turbine; working region of at least one turbine is provided with condensate and cool steam crystals receiver.
