FIELD: blasting, applicable in designing and development of charges of industrial explosives for use in gas- and dust-dangerous mines. SUBSTANCE: the blast-hole safety monocharge has a safety explosive and an inhibitor stemming in a single construction, which represents a polyethylene casing separated by internal partitions into three parts: a cylindrical part filled with safety explosive; a corrugated part filled with inhibitor stemming; a chipping "scoop" in the form of a hollow truncated cylinder in the head section of the monocharge. Positioned on the outer surface of the casing in the location of partitions in ring are bulges in the form of separate rods made of the casing material for fixing the monocharge in the blast-hole, and located in the casing corrugated part is a seat in the form of a hollow polyethylene chute for introduction of an electric detonator into the explosive. EFFECT: enhanced safety of blasting in gas- and dust-dangerous mines. 4 cl, 2 dwg
