SUBSTANCE: Block has a body and a cover. It is fulfilled in the shape of a cylindrical polyethylene casing with flat bottom, inlet of which is covered with a lid. On the bottom and butt-end of the body an external and an inner trapezoid two-run carvings are fulfilled correspondingly to each other for forming monocharges out of several blocks. In the zone of inner carving Of the body two holes are made, further rigidity edges are fulfilled, in the bottom- conical plug with a hole.
EFFECT: more reliable and simple technology of making, vertical unbreaking of the monocharge is secured.
