FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves evaluating rheological parameters of patients blood during the surgical myocardium revasculariztion operation on the working heart without applying artificial blood circulation. Additional studies of hemorheological disorders are carried out during surgical myocardium revasculariztion operation under artificial blood circulation conditions, hypothermal perfusion and pharmacocryogenic cardioplegia, after the beginning of the artificial blood circulation and making physicochemical correction, 30 min after beginning artificial blood circulation and at the end of artificial blood circulation. The following stage of blood studies is done at the end of ischemia period in the by-passed coronary arteries pool when the surgical myocardium revasculariztion operation is carried out without artificial blood circulation applied. Rheological blood parameter studies are carried out at the fifth, tenth, fifteenth and thirties minute of reperfusion period by determining whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, blood serum viscosity, index of aggregation and deformation capacity of erythrocytes. The initial measurements of the whole blood viscosity are carried out beginning from areas of high shift speed of 200 s-1, then 100 s-1 and 20 s-1 with the total measurement time at all shift speed values being not greater than 10 min. Plasma and blood serum viscosity measurements are carried out like in the case of blood measurements, but shift speed is equal to 100 s-1. The indices of aggregation and deformation capacity of erythrocytes are determined by dividing the value of the whole blood viscosity measured at shift speed of 20 s-1, by the value of the whole blood viscosity measured at shift speed of 100 s-1, then, dividing the value of the whole blood viscosity measured at shift speed of 100 WhBV100, by the value of the whole blood viscosity measured at shift speed of 200 WhBV200.
