FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying radiation gamma-therapy, regional chemotherapy and surgical treatment of penis carcinoma at the first-second stage of the disease development. The total dose of radiation and gamma-radiation therapy exposure time are reduced, circular exsection of the prepuce and radical exsection of the primary tumor within the limits of healthy tissues of the penis are carried out. System-level poly-chemotherapy and regional chemotherapy based on catheterization of interior iliac artery of the patient and continuous 96 h long perfusion of antitumor agent of bleomycin through vascular catheter into regional arterial bed of the penis by means of metering apparatus are applied 4-6 weeks later after operation in combination with artificial excitation and supporting erection state during 3 min by means of negative local pressure using local decompression apparatus. 6 exposures of local decompression of patient penis are carried out daily with 2 h intervals during 4 days long continuous perfusion of bleomycin solution. 3 weeks later, repeated course of the mentioned combined chemotherapy is carried out with periodically induced artificial erection and vascular catheter installation into the interior iliac artery through femoral artery on the other side of patient body.
