FIELD: radio direction and finding, radio navigation, applicable for determining the location and movement of composite signal radiation sources. SUBSTANCE: radial velocity D and angular velocities of the source of radiation in azimuth α and angle of elevation β are measured by the base method. The method can be realized by a phase direction finder that has antennas 1-5, radio-frequency amplifiers 6-10, first heterodyne 11, mixers 12-16, 23, 51, 53, amplifiers 17-21, 52 of the first intermediate frequency, multipliers 25-29, 44, 45, narrow-band filters 30-34, 46, 47, 54, phase-meters 35-40, frequency meters 41, 48, 49, 55, computing unit 42 and recording unit 43. EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities. 2 cl, 3 dwg
