FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying combined medication therapy with biphosphonates administered in peroral, electrophoretic mode and as local applications of preparations. 0.5-5% aqueous solution of xidifon is used for the first two methods. Pharmaceutically permissible compositions containing 0.1-10% by mass of biphosphonate are used for applications administered for 1-6 months. The treatment course begins with 7-15 electrophoresis procedures in daily mode and continues with daily applications 1-2 times a day at the fractured place during the rest of the period. Xidifon is administered daily per os in therapeutic doses together with ossein-hydroxyapatite complex at a dose of 0.6-3.6 g/day during the whole treatment course. The latter of the preparations is administered as osteogenon preparation at a dose of 3-8 tablets per day. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 2 cl
