FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedics, and can be used for treating osteochondritis deformans juvenilis of hip. That is ensured by the conventional therapy with underlying orthopaedic unload. Ibandronate 2-4 mg/2-4 ml is introduced intravenously once in 3 months. Besides, Curantyl 75-400 mg/day, active metabolite of vitamin D3 0.5-1 mcg/day and ossein-hydroxyapatite complex 0.6-3.6/day are administered. The therapeutic course is preferential at the early stages of the disease for 6-12 months.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing the strength of bones and reducing microfractures and depressed deformations of femoral head due to rebalancing resorption and osteogenesis intensity related in turn with decreased resorptive activity of osteoclasts, normalised calcium homeostasis and mineralisation of newly formed bone tissue.
