SUBSTANCE: the product is made in the form of a cylindrical non-vulcanized cordless reinforced combination assembly selected from one or more types of components, having common edges determining the length of the combination assembly. The components are made in the form of a spacer with width W_L, bead strip, side wall, white band, cover band, shoulder band of non-vulcanized rubber and any cordless reinforced component. Each edge of the components is made with a great number of bosses and recesses closely located to one another, formed by means of cutting wire. Each boss and each recess have a height or depth less than diameter d of cutting wire. The edges are joined along the plane surface passing through the product across its width in axial direction.
