FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pneumatic spike tyres for carrier vehicles. Spike stud device includes housing with elastomeric compartment and spring engaged with elastomer. Spike stud is set on the spring. The device can additionally selectively include fluid compartment engaged with elastomeric compartment, and a spring. The device can additionally include the second compression spring which interacts with the first spring and spike stud. Selective adjusting mechanism is also provided which can be used for manual extending and lowering stud height as required.
EFFECT: optimisation of antiskid spike adhesion properties.
