FIELD: agriculture; applicable in processing of agricultural wastes. SUBSTANCE: manure is separated into solid and liquid fractions by separating plant. Fermentation process is carried out with additional use of the second methane tank. Solid fraction is loaded into the first methane tank where it is heated due to supply air oxygen into it. Liquid fraction is directed to the second methane tank with heating, from which liquid fraction is forced out by manure gas to the first methane tank where manure gas also starts evolving upon completion of fermentation, liquid fraction is discharge, and solid is unloaded through hatch, and is repeated. EFFECT: reduced time for preparation of fertilizer and manure gas from wastes.
