FIELD: agriculture, in particular, production of biogas and organic fertilizers from animal and poultry farming wastes.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has basic mass feeding device, centrifuge adapted for separating basic mass into solid fraction and liquid fraction and equipped with basic mass inlet branch pipe and solid fraction discharge branch pipe, dosing vessel and methane tank equipped with device for preventing crust formation, and charging and discharge systems. Crust formation preventing device is positioned at discharge zone of methane tank. Charging system is made in the form of vertical pipeline extending centrally of methane tank and guides arranged axially around pipeline and adapted for guiding of mass flow for fermentation. Guides are made in the form of truncated cones arranged in alternation with their large and small bases one above another in overlapped relation with respect to one another. Crust formation preventing device is made in the form of vertical truncated cone positioned centrally of discharge zone, with small base of cone being communicated in hermetically sealing relation with fermented mass discharge pipeline, and large base is arranged in spaced relation with respect to methane tank bottom. Angle of inclination of truncated cone generatrices for mass flow to be fermented and generatrix of truncated cone of crust formation preventing device to horizontal plane is determined by inequality: where f is material friction coefficient of 0.6; ρg is density of gas,, kg/m3; ρl is density of liquid, kg/m3.
EFFECT: provision for producing of high-quality liquid organic fertilizer during continuous fermentation process, enhanced reliability in operation and reduced manufacture and maintenance costs.
