FIELD: methods of anticorrosive treatment of building metal structures by application to surface of anticorrosive metal- containing coating. SUBSTANCE: anticorrosive coating is multilayer and consists of priming layer including, at least, two layers formed of material containing highly dispersed zinc powder in medium of organodiluted thermoplastic binder and, at least, one covering layer formed of material containing aluminum powder in medium of organodiluted thermoplastic binder. Thermoplastic binder is used in form of polystyrene and/or copolymer of styrene with rubber. Method of treatment of metal structures is also described. Claimed anticorrosive coating is applicable for treatment of power transmission line supports, open switch gears of high-voltage substations, road guards, load-carrying structures of industrial buildings and structures, reinforcements, and other articles. EFFECT: higher aesthetic properties of anticorrosive coating ensuring prolonged electrochemical protection from aggressive effect of air medium and humidity zones, simplified and low cost method of application to treated surface. 3 cl, 2 tbl, 5 ex
