FIELD: mechanical engineering; fans. SUBSTANCE: proposed method can be used in making bladed articles. To secured blades on disks, blades are made with bent off ends whose sizes correspond to sizes of disk taper part. Flanging consisting of taper and cylindrical parts is made on disk end faces. Jig is used for connecting blades and disks. Prior to assembling, bushing is fitted on driving disk. After fixing of assembled unit calibration of hole in bushing is carried out. Then impeller is removed from jig and checked for dynamic balancing. Impeller, thus formed, can be used at high peripheral velocities and high temperatures of handled flows, as proposed method makes it possible to use materials of higher thickness which, along with additional methods of attachment, provides improved strength and reliability.
