FIELD: sanitary equipment, namely washing out tanks, possibly for washing off toilet bowls mounted in toilet rooms of different designation buildings. SUBSTANCE: draining valve includes seat having cylindrical duct, inclined sealing surface and radial opening in wall; overflow tube joined with said radial opening and arranged aside seat; bottom locking organ with spherical sealing surface and inner cavity; lever joined with locking organ and with flexible tie rod of drive unit; strut. Lever is rotatably mounted on strut. In duct of seat there is partition arranged along wall of seat and separating part of wall with radial opening with formation of cavity open at side of seat end. Cross section area of said open cavity is equal to that of cross section area of overflow tube or more than it. Lever has rod with tip provided with spherical surfaces. Locking organ is joined with rod with possibility of self aligning in seat. Surfaces of locking organ engage with spherical surfaces of tip. Float is mounted on lever. Strut is connected with seat by means of platform. EFFECT: enhanced flowrate parameters of valve, its reliable sealing. 2 cl, 2 dwg
