FIELD: sanitary fittings, particularly, valves for filling of vessels by level. SUBSTANCE: float valve has body with inlet and outlet channels, seat, shutoff member and bell-crank fastened to axle on body with float. Shutoff member is made of flexible material with reinforcing layer and in the form of membrane with cavity in its center which is filled at atmospheric pressure with body possessing shock-absorbing properties and sealed. Diaphragm valve has body with inlet and outlet channels, seat, shutoff member in the form of diaphragm, and diaphragm chamber with air tube. Shutoff member is made of flexible material with reinforcing layer and cavity in center of diaphragm. In this case, said cavity is filled at atmospheric pressure with body possessing shock-absorbing properties and sealed. Diaphragm chamber is made of flexible material in the form of corrugated air chamber capable of changing its volume and tightly secured to body of air tube which is made as telescopic one for adjusting its length.
