SUBSTANCE: invention refers to equipment measuring and inspecting forms of reflecting surfaces by optical methods. Proposed device has radiation source illuminating inspected object, beam splitter, shadow stops positioned in path of radiation reflected from object, one located in focal region of mirror and the other one placed in front of it, semitransparent screen in path of beam passed through beam splitter and optical system for transfer of enlarged image of focal spot. Each channel incorporates unit of registers and diaphragm is mounted for its wording off optical axis. EFFECT: realization of simplified shadow method for qualitative analysis of local distortions of form of inspected object, for instance, mirror. 4 cl, 2 dwg
