SUBSTANCE: device has signal source 1, comparator built around operational amplifier 8 whose non-inverting input is connected to signal source 1, first resistor 2, and first capacitor 3; one of leads of first resistor 2 is connected to signal source 1 and its other lead is connected through first capacitor 3 to ground bus. Newly introduced are second resistor 5, second capacitor 4, inverting voltage adder built around operational amplifier 6, and analog voltage inverter built around operational amplifier 7; one of leads of second capacitor 4 is connected to signal source 1 and its other lead is connected through second resistor 5 to ground bus; common point of first resistor 2 and first capacitor 3 is connected to first input of adder 6 and that of second resistor 5 and second capacitor 4, to second input of adder 6 whose output is connected through analog inverter 7 to inverting input of comparator 8. Newly inserted differentiating RC circuit and voltage adder function to reduce variations in amplitude-frequency response of delay channel. EFFECT: improved precision of maximum value detection in more comprehensive input- voltage frequency range. 12 dwg
