FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has tractor, boom girder with sprinkling deflector-type nozzles of directed action, immovable support for attachment of girder in operating and transport position on tractor, pairs of shock-absorbers arranged in inclined position on left-hand and right-hand supports, pump with drive, suction line with float valve, hydraulic system, measuring tools and illumination fittings. Apparatus is further provided with mechanism adapted for exciting angular oscillations of spatial girder and made in the form of drive reduction gear whose output shaft is provided with crank of variable radius, which is pivotally connected through bar with water supplying belt defined by central panel frame of boom girder. Oscillating motion excitation mechanism allows dynamic tests of spatial girder and boom sprinkler unit parts joined to girder to be performed during position irrigation, sprinkler irrigation by travelling or standing sprinkler unit, with water being supplied at minimum and maximum water flow rates in working mode into lower water supplying girder belt, or without water, and girder being arranged lengthwise or crosswise to direction of travelling of sprinkler.
