FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has telescopic casing, device for protecting against impermissible pressure drops, means for controlling environment parameters, system for diagnosing and controlling patient state. Horizontal telescopic chamber casing has two envelopes and is supported with three pairs of wheels. The wheels move along two fixed guiding members. Two pairs of wheels are mounted on external envelope of the casing and the second one is fixed on the internal envelope. The external and internal envelopes are sealed with flexible sealing ring mounted in ring-shaped space between them. The ring is positioned in performing relative movement of the envelopes under the atmospheric pressure. The device for relative movement of the casing parts has lead screws rigidly coupled through mechanical transmission with general drive. One of armchairs for placing patients is mounted on a separate platform movable in horizontal direction. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of operation; controllable medical treatment process. 10 dwg
