FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: ophthalmic drops have diclofenac as an active agent and stabilizing agent of biological, physico-chemical properties and/or resistance to bacterial contamination as accessory substance and buffer mixture. Ophthalmic drops have additionally dimedrol as an active agent, polyvinylpyrrolidone or polyvinyl alcohol as stabilizing agent and methylcellulose derivative (carboxymethylcellulose sodium) and chlorhexidine also. Ophthalmic drops have additionally antioxidant, antagonists of H1-receptors, quifenadine or sequifenadine, antiallergic drugs and stabilizing agents of cellular functions: theophylline or cromoglicate sodium or nedocromil sodium. Agent has no toxicity, apyretic, it does not show topical irritant effect, retains antiviral activity completely. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of ophthalmic drops. 11 cl, 6 ex
