FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: holder is designed for clamping articles provided with flanges. Holder has upper wall with overlapping inner panel and outer panel. Inner panel is provided with hole for fitting flanged article. Inner hole has radial cuts forming catching lobes whose inner free edges define inner periphery of hole and its diameter. Laid-on section of outer panel is provided with corresponding outer hole concentrically registering with each inner hole. Periphery and diameter of outer hole exceed those of inner hole but is smaller than imaginary periphery and hole diameter. Fasteners with locking and attachment lobes are provided in holder.
