SUBSTANCE: invention relates to substituted 4-(1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1- -naphthalenyl)-1H-imidazoles and 4-(2,3-dihydro-1H-indene-1-yl)-1H-imidazoles of the general formula (I) where n = 1, 2; R₁, R₂, R₃, R₄ are similar or different and each is hydrogen or halogen atom, hydroxyl, alkyl or alkoxyl radical; R₅ is hydrogen or alkyl under condition that R₁, R₂, R₃, R₄ and R₅ can not be hydrogen atom simultaneously if n = 2, and their additive salts with nontoxic pharmaceutically acceptable acids also.
