FIELD: fish breeding. SUBSTANCE: preparation contains aqueous extract of carp fish skin in water making 10^-15-10^-17 wt%. Method involves solving carp fish skin extract in several procedures by mixing 1 part of piscine with 9 parts of water; providing tenfold shaking process to obtain homogeneous carp fish skin extract in water of predetermined volume. Preparation is produced at room temperature. Preparation may be used for eliminating stress state of fish subjected to various actions associated with fish breeding practices, such as transportation, handling, resettling, medicinal treatment procedures, wrong feeding, and keeping in restricted spaces.
