FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing, heating members, damp source unit and control unit, water condensation system. Communicating feeding reservoirs, working agent supply and discharge systems, control members as transducers and electromagnetic valves are placed in the casing. Heat insulated working chamber having openings for inlet and outlet flows of working agents, is connected to the damp source unit through pipelines. The chamber has pressure balance and cooling system as compressor having air filter, non-return valve and electromagnetic valve joined by a pipeline. Water condensation system mounted in the casing, has pipelines connecting coil pipe to circulating water source and locking members like electromagnetic valve and tap. System for supplying working agent has water pump mounted on the pipeline and non- return valve. The control unit has interconnected feeding unit, the first and the second amplifiers, commutator unit and damp source control unit.
