FIELD: aluminum production by electrolysis. SUBSTANCE: structure of bus arrangement of electrolyzer for production of aluminum with double-row positioning of electrolyzers includes direct and by-pass packages of cathode buses and anode posts located across input and output of electrolyzer. Output part of by-pass package of cathode buses distant from adjacent row on side of electrolyzer is brought under bottom along longitudinal and lateral half- axes of electrolyzer and is connected to its output anode post. Such arrangement of output part of by-pass package of cathode buses makes it possible to diminish induction of magnetic field and to balance distribution of lateral component of field relative to axes of electrolyzer which ensures increased output of aluminum by current.
