FIELD: refrigerating engineering. SUBSTANCE: air refrigerating plant includes compressor, two-chamber heat exchanger, turbo-expander and refrigerating chamber with fan and air cooler arranged in it. Second fan is mounted on common shaft with turbo-expander. First cavity of evaporative heat exchanger, first cavity of heat exchanger, moisture separator and second cavity of heat exchanger are connected in series with compressor inlet. According to another version, compressor is mounted on common shaft with turbo-expander. Turbo-expander, electric motor and compressor are arranged inside housing. Rotor of electric motor is made in form of shaft mounted in bearing with turbine and compressor wheels located as cantilever. Cavity between bearing of compressor wheel and electric motor is connected with compressor inlet by means of bypass passage. Load-bearing disk of turbine wheel of turbo-expander is provided with inter-blade passages formed by surfaces of adjacent blades engageable with meridional surface of disk through fillets. Surfaces are provided with longitudinal micropassages whose cross section has form of part of circler. Radius Rk of cross section of micropassage is equal to 0.1-1.0 of radius of fillet. Pitch between micropassages does not exceed two radii of micropassage. Height of micropassage is equal to 0.2-1 of radius Rk.
